Colour accuracy

Every effort has been made to render colours accurately. However, due to the constraints of digital reproduction on various web browsing platforms, we cannot guarantee true colour representations. Some products are made of natural materials and colour will vary.

Packaging

Most orders will be delivered to you boxed, however certain items are unsuitable for boxing and may be delivered bubble or shrink wrapped. Orders containing only sale items are sent with the minimum of packaging required to deliver your order safely.

Delivery & Shipping

Most of our orders are dispatched via Interlink Express parcel service this is a 2 – 3 day service within the UK and a 3 – 5 day service for the rest of the world. We endeavour to dispatch all orders within 28 days. If items are being dispatched to a non EU country please allow time for your parcel to clear customs.

Your order will be shipped once:

i) Payment has been approved and paid in full.

ii) The delivery/billing address has been verified along with nay other relevant information we need.

iii) If you have ordered an item from a waiting list it will be shipped once the merchandise is in stock.

In calculating when your order will arrive, start with the day in which all three of these prerequisites have been met and count only business days hereafter.

Taxes

Prices on the web site are shown as UK standard VAT inclusive.

Security Policy

All of our pages requesting payment information are completed via our preferred partners Protx and Bank of Scotland Merchant Services using a secure link. This means that the information you send goes straight to Protx and Bank of Scotland and is encrypted in such a way that other Internet users are prevented from viewing your information. Protx and Bank of Scotland utilises the maximum level of encryption allowed by your browser. The latest versions of popular browsers display a locked padlock image, in the grey bar at the bottom of your browser screen, to indicate that your are browsing in a secure environment, and can be configured to warn the user if details are being sent over a non-secure link. Refer to your browser manufacturer for details of how this can be accomplished.

Credit Cards

Credit Card purchases are processed through the Protx and Bank of Scotland system. This provides a fully secure means of transferring your data and payment. ePDQ has security features which address the concerns of ecommerce via the Internet and which combine to make it many times more secure than the traditional uses of your credit card, such as telephone or mail order. To provide additional security the system undertakes the following checks:

Address Verification:

The address you give us is compared to the Credit Card companies' records.

Cardholder Verification:

Using the Card Security Code (CSC) printed on the back of the card on the signature strip, we check the validity of the card by sending the CSC and card number to the card issuer for verification. The CSC is never stored with the transaction and is not printed on receipts. We can be sure through this process that the customer has the card in their possession.

Information collected during transactions is maintained in the ePDQ database for accounting and billing purposes and is not released to third parties. For extra security, your credit card details are not retained on our servers any longer than is necessary for us to process your order. For this reason you must re-enter your card details each time you purchase anything from the site.

Cancellations and Returns

We request that all goods are returned within 7 days. Returns received outside the above time frames are accepted at the discretion of FMCG and can only be refunded as a 'store credit'.

We strongly advise all customers to check items thoroughly upon delivery before disposing of any original packaging.

Please note that we do not accept liability for returned goods if you do not return them to us via a traceable service.

How to proceed if you wish to return faulty goods

Faulty items will only be accepted if the goods are delivered to the customer damaged or there is a subsequent manufacturing fault within a period of 6 months after delivery this only applies to stated items that are new and car parts or team wear do not apply to this section. All items returned as faulty will be inspected and any items deemed to subject to fair wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty. Exchanges are possible if the item is available. We can only exchange faulty items for the same item, subject to availability. Where possible items may be repaired on request but only where such items are deemed faulty and repairable. Repairs do not come with any guarantees.

Receiving a refund

Refunds to you will be made within 30 days of the date of cancellation notice. All correctly returned products will be credited to the original purchaser's credit card including sales taxes providing the items are undamaged, unworn and in original packaging.

We do not accept returns on sale or listed under the specials section items unless they are faulty (see above policy)
